The High Commissioner of Malaysia to India, H.E. Dato’ Hidayat Abdul Hamid represented Kuala Lumpur at the 10th Delhi Dialogue, held on 19 – 20 July 2018. This year’s edition brought forward the theme “Strethening ASEAN-India Maritime Cooperation”, and highlighted the importance of maritime cooperation in the ASEAN-India strategic partnership.
