On 12 February 2024, H.E. Dato' Muzafar Shah Mustafa attended the 48th Sapru House Lecture by H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN at the headquarters of the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA). The lecture titled “The ASEAN-India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the Evolving Regional Architecture” highlighted the roles and initiatives of ASEAN in maintaining peace, stability, and prosperity in the region and beyond; reviewed ASEAN-India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership; and discussed ideas on how ASEAN and India could further elevate their partnership to a greater height, thus playing a greater role in the Indo-Pacific amidst the growing geostrategic and geo-economic challenges that the world is facing.
