H.E. Dato’ Hidayat Abdul Hamid, High Commissioner of Malaysia to India received a Courtesy Call by YBhg. Datin Noorazah Omar, Deputy Director General (Operations) and Pn Zaiton Md Desa, Deputy Director General (Artistic), both from Istana Budaya on 7 January 2019. Both officials were on a familiarization visit to New Delhi.
During the Courtesy Call, both the High Commission and Istana Budaya explored possible cooperation to bring cultural troupe from Malaysia, and perform at various events in New Delhi in conjunction with the Merdeka Day 2019.
