On 16 March 2021, H. E. Dato' Hidayat Abdul Hamid, the High Commissioner together with ASEAN HOMs' were invited for a familiarisation visit to Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) at ITO New Delhi organised by the Ministry of External Affairs, India.
The visit is to give exposure to the ASEAN HOMs' on the passport service facilities provided by MEA in collaboration with TATA Consultancy Services Company, India (TCS) under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) as part of the National e-Governance Plan. The PSK has emerged as one of the high-impact initiative statutory and citizen-centric services rendered by the Ministry.
Mr. Rosmadi Mohd Dom, the Immigration Attaché and Mr. Mohd Noor Sahid, Second Secretary of HCM were also participating in the visit.
