Malaysian Nationals will be granted 30-day e-Tourist visa with double entry on gratis basis (no visa fees) till 31 December 2026.
The 30-day e-Tourist visa can be applied online at the official e-visa link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Kindly note the following in respect of the above announcement:
- Only e-Tourist visa (30-day with double entry) has no visa fees.
- All other e-visa category (ie. e-Business, e-Conference, e-Medical, Attendant, e-Ayush, e-Emergency X Miscellaneous) will be required to pay visa fees as prescribed.
- Existing rules regarding e-Tourist visas and other e-visas mentioned at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html will continue to apply.
- Those who wish to obtain regular paper visas from the Indian Consular Application Centres in six cities across Malaysia outsourced to M/s IVS Global Services, website: icacmalaysia.com) or at the High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur will continue to pay the prescribed visa fees.
