PARTICIPATION OF TOURISM MALAYSIA IN THE PATA TRAVEL MART (PTM), 4 – 6 OCTOBER 2023
Recently, Tourism Malaysia participated in the PATA Travel Mart (PTM) held at the International Exhibition Convention Centre (IECC) in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 4 – 6 October 2023.
This Asia-Pacific travel trade exhibition had 260 attendees from around the world, providing networking and business opportunities for travel and tourism organizations to connect with decision-makers, expand their client base, and strengthen partnerships.
The Malaysian delegation, led by Tourism Malaysia's Deputy Director General (Promotion) Datuk Musa Haji Yusof, who is also the Chairman of the PATA Malaysia Chapter, included four organizations; Sabah Tourism Board, Sarawak Tourism Board, LEGOLAND Malaysia and Langkawi MICE Holidays & Tours Sdn Bhd. The event also featured the PATA Gold Awards 2023, where Sabah Tourism Board won the PATA Gold Award in the Marketing (Travel Video) Category with their video "Catching Sabah."
Malaysia Pavillion has also been visited by Ms. V. Vidyavathi Secretary of Ministry of Tourism India.
