Please be informed that the MyVISA website will be temporarily unavailable effective immediately until further notice, due to ongoing system maintenance and stabilisation works.
During this period, access to the portal — including visa application submission and approval processes — will not be available.
Applicants requiring urgent visa services may submit their applications manually (walk-in) at the nearest Malaysian High Commission, Embassy, or Consulate (Pejabat Atase / Perwakilan Malaysia) throughout this temporary closure.
For applicants with existing eVISA applications, kindly bring the following documents:

Official eVISA payment receipt

Copy of the application details (if available)

Passport
All visa application and approval processes via the MyVISA system will resume upon completion of the maintenance works. A further official announcement will be issued once the system is fully operational.
