TRAINING OF TRAINER (TOT) SISTEM PERAKAUNAN LUAR NEGERI AKRUAN (1SPLN) COURSE, 16-21 NOVEMBER 2015

 The High Commission of Malaysia, New Delhi recently hosted the Training of Trainer (TOT) Sistem Perakaunan Luar Negeri Akruan (1 SPLN) course from 16 to 21 November 2015. Approximately 20 Home Base Staff and Locally Recruited Staff of the the High Commission of Malaysia, New Delhi as well as Home Base Staff from the other Malaysian Diplomatic Missions namely Ashgabat, Chennai, Colombo, Dhaka, and Kathmandu participated in the course. The course, conducted by the Account General’s Department of Malaysia, was held in line with the Malaysian Government’s transformation policy in ensuring further accountability and management of financial resources. During the course, participants were introduced to the Government of Malaysia’s new Accrual Accounting concept as well as the new 1 SPLN format which will be utilised by selected Malaysian Diplomatic Missions abroad in 2016.
