The Attorney General of Malaysia YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Mohamed Apandi Haji Ali undertook a working a visit to New Delhi, India on 26 – 31 January 2016. The Attorney General was accompanied by senior officials from the Attorney General Chambers and was here to attend the Inter-Sessional Meeting of Legal Experts of the Asia-Africa Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) Member States. The main objective of the meeting, which was represented by nearly 40 member states was to formulate and draft the “AALCO Guiding Principles for Countering Violent Terrorism”. YBhg Tan Sri delivered the keynote address at the Inaugural Session of the Inter-Sessional Meeting of Legal Experts of AALCO Member States.
