YB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, President of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) and delegation visited New Delhi from 8 – 11 January 2019. YB Dato’ Seri was on the invitation of the Observer Research Foundation to deliver the Valedictory Remark during the 4th Raisina Dialogue. YB Dato’ Seri was also accompanied by four PKR Members of Parliament.
Apart from attending the conference, YB Dato’ Seri took the opportunity to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as the External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj. YB Dato’ Seri also met with President of Indian National Congress party, Rahul Gandhi. In addition, YB Dato’ Seri participated in an engagement with prominent Indian Muslim scholars and thinkers in New Delhi.
