Feel The Force Dunmanway Festival 2025

Ambassador had been given the privilege on 31 May 2025 to officiate the two-day Feel The Force Dunmanway in Dunmanway, County Cork. The Embassy together with a number of Malaysian chefs as well as the Hibiscus Store in Lucan had showcased our cuisines and SME food products throughout the festival. Ambassador also appeared on a podcast hosted by Patrick Kiely of Cork Creative (www.corkcreative.ie) on Sunday, 1 June 2025 to speak on Malaysia-Ireland relations and our ongoing efforts to promote Malaysia in Ireland. We would like to express our utmost appreciation to Chef and Master-builder Newry Bakry, a Malaysian living in Dunmanway who has been instrumental in initiating the world-class festival, for the opportunity given to us in showcasing Malaysia to the Galaxy far, far away.
