The Embassy of Malaysia, Dublin hosted the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House on 30 August 2011 at Malaysia Hall Dublin. The open house was well attended by Malaysians who are studying and working in Ireland. The traditional Aidilfitri dishes such as satay, nasi ayam masak merah, ketupat, rendang, soto and Aidilfitri biscuits prepared by PERWAKILAN, the Malaysian Ladies Association were served.
The function started with the Aidilfitri prayer followed by brief remarks by His Excellency Ambassador, Dato' Ramli Naam. A Negara-ku singing and flag raising was also held during the function to commemorate the 54th National Day celebration.
