VIDEO-CONFERENCING SESSION WITH Y.A.B. PRIME MINISTER OF MALAYSIA
On Wednesday, 17 November 2010, in conjunction with Aidiladha celebration, the Embassy of Malaysia, Dublin is honoured to have been given the opportunity to communicate with Y.A.B. Dato’ Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak and his wife, Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor through a video conference from his official residence in Seri Perdana.
During the video-conference, Y.A.B Prime Minister offered words of advice to Malaysians living abroad and exchanged Hari Raya Aidiladha wishes. Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Ms. Zurina Ahmad Tejuddin also took the opportunity to brief Y.A.B. Prime Minister on the well-being of Malaysian community in Ireland.
Nearly 60 Malaysians including the Embassy officials, students and professionals attended the video-conferencing. Besides YAB Prime Minister and his wife, both Deputy Foreign Ministers Y.B. Datuk Richard Riot and Y.B. Senator Kohilan Pillay together with Higher Education Minister Y.B. Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin were also present during the session.
