Malaysian youngest pilot Captain James Anthony Tan touched down in the King Hussein International Airport, Aqaba on 6 May, 2013 on his expedition under the wing of 1Malaysia Round the World to break the World Academy Record as well as the World Guinness Book of Records.
He was greeted on arrival by Malaysian Ambassador to Jordan Dato’ Abdul Malek bin Abdul Aziz and wife Datin Jamilah , Ms. Nadia Head of Chancery of the Embassy and officials from Tourism Malaysia in Jeddah. Senior officials from Aqaba Development Authority, and King Hussein International Airport were also present to greet Captain James on arrival.
