AMBASSADOR OF MALAYSIA STRESSES DEEP RELATIONS BETWEEN JORDAN AND HIS COUNTRY

Ambassador of Malaysia to Jordan Dato'Abdul Malek Abdul Aziz stressed the deep relations between Jordan and Malaysia in all economic, political and educational fields.

In a speech he made at Southern Mazar, Ambassador Abdul Aziz praised the efforts exerted by the University of Mu'tah, especially encouraging the Malaysian student to engage in community service programs to enrich the experiences of the Malaysian and Jordanian students equally and introduce them to each other's cultures.

Abdul Malek added that Malaysia has witnessed a great development in the post graduate education, where an advanced strategy was drafted to achieve a better educational level based on stable and strong ground.

 

President of Mu?tah University Dr. Abdul Rahman Huneiti highlighted the university?s role is serving local community through organizing activities, programs and training courses for the benefit of the governorates? civil servants.

 

The Malaysian ambassador and accompanying delegation visited the tombs of the Sahaba in the town of Mazar and were briefed on the building projects as directed by His Majesty King Abdullah II. Huneiti inaugurated the free health care day organized by the university at Mu?tah?s medical centre. A number of Malaysian students participated in the activities. Huneiti handed out a number of wheel chairs for disabled citizens from different parts of Karak on 8 August, 2009
