All foreign Students in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) with an approved Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) is eligible to apply for eVISA for student. Expatriate who have received approval from the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) or Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) also can apply eVISA.
