Meeting of ASEAN Committee in Amman (ACA) No. 1/2018 was held at the Malaysian Residence on 16th January 2018.
Salient meeting items included the handover of ACA Chairmanship from Indonesia to Malaysia, who currently chairs ACA from January - June 2018. Also held during the meeting was a surprise birthday celebration for Ambassador of Thailand, H.E. Pornpong Kanittanon. The meeting was attended by ASEAN Ambassadors ...in Amman and their spouses, as well as the ASEAN Working Group.
The ACA consists of 5 members, namely Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, a grouping committed to promoting ASEAN to the Jordanian and international communities
