COVID-19 NOTICE:
Online payment system for Covid-19 test and Quarantine.
The Malaysian Government has made compulsory all Malaysians and foreign nationals entering Malaysia to undergo the COVID-19 test and consequently a 14-day compulsory quarantine at any one of the quarantine centres determined by the Government. All individuals will have to bear all the costs which will be imposed by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH).
For this purpose, the MOH with the cooperation with Syarikat MyEg Services Berhad have established an Online Payment system via MySafeTravel / MyQr apps by MyEG. The url for the above link is https://safetravel.myeg.com.my
With effect from 15 November 2020, all approved foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required (compulsory) to make their payments online BEFORE departing for Malaysia. Returning citizens (Malaysian) are also recommended to make their payments online before departing for a seamless process during arrivals into Malaysia.
Once payments are made, travellers will only need to show their proof of payments on arrival in Malaysia before undergoing their COVID-19 test and be placed for quarantine at the respective quarantine centers/hotels of choice.
