PERWAKILAN and their family members made a two day visit to Karak governorate, which is about 140 km from Amman city on 1- 2 May. Following the historical path in Islamic history, PERWAKILAN visited the infamous Mu'tah battle field and the Crusader Karak castle. Mu'tah battle field was the most significant site where the fiercest battle during the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. in 8 Hijrah took place and mentioned in the Quran. The Karak Castle was captured by Saladin in 1189 who then recaptured the holy city of Jerusalem from Christian Crusaders in the 12th century A.D..
