PRESENTATION OF CREDENTIALS BY HIS EXCELLENCY DATO' ABDUL MALEK BIN ABDUL AZIZ, AMBASSADOR OF MALAYSIA TO JORDAN TO HIS MAJESTY KING ABDULLAH II OF THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN
H.E. Dato' Abdul Malek Abdul Aziz presents his Letters of Credence to H.M. King Abdullah II of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

His Excellency Dato' Abdul Malek bin Abdul Aziz, Ambassador of Malaysia to Jordan presented his credentials to His Majesty King Abdullah II of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on 8 March 2009.
The delegation from Embassy of Malaysia consists of Ms Wong Chia Chiann, Head of Chancery of the Embassy, Mr Norhasmat Abdul Aziz, First Secretary (Education) and Mr Mohd Hairul Azmir Md Sidin, Second Secretary.
The credential ceremony was quite an elaborate ceremony, where it convened with National Anthem being played followed by the inspection of the Guard of Honour at the Basman Palace. After a short rest and refreshment at the Royal Palace holding room, the Ambassador and delegation was escorted to the Ceremonial Hall to meet His Majesty King Abdullah II and to present the credentials letter. The delegation subsequently escorted to the Royal Cemetery to pay respects and lay wreaths of flowers by the tombs of Their Late Majesties King Hussein, King Abdullah I, King Talal and Queen Zein al-Sharaf.
A reception was later held at the Malaysian Residence attended by Protocol officers from the Royal Palace and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ADCs and officials from Embassy of Malaysia.
