Malaysian students in Jordan converged in Mafraq, in the northern part of Jordan for the 6th Cultural and Sports Carnival . Over 1000 Malaysian students in Jordan and officials and family members from the Embassy took part in the carnival which was held on 26-27 April 2013.
Malaysian Ambassador Dato’ Abdul Malek bin Abdul Aziz gave away prizes to all winners in sports, cultural events and the best Bazaar stall at the Carnival Closing Ceremony which was also attended by representatives from the Al al Bayt University. Malaysian students from the Irbid University won the overall championship of the Carnival.
