United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5.2)

High Commissioner Datuk Loh Seck Tiong delivered the national statement during the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5.2), which was held from 28 February until 2 March 2022.

 The statement focused on Malaysia's commitment to implement initiatives towards achieving environmental sustainability, establishment of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) Roadmap in implementing national NDC until 2030, development of National Low Carbon Development Long Term Strategy, and development of National Marine Litter Policy and Action Plan 2021-2030.
