On 12 March 2025, the Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail met with Beihai delegation headed by Mr. Zheng Dingxiong, Chief of Beihai Publicity Department, at the Chancery.
During the meeting, the Consul General was briefed on the general information of Beihai City and its cooperation with Malaysia. Both sides then discussed on the upcoming 9th Topklout-World Influencer Summit that is scheduled to be held in Beihai on 20 March. Both sides also exchanged views on the different e-commerce platforms and fast-growing KOL economy in China and Malaysia.
