AMBASSADOR OF MALAYSIA HOSTS HARI RAYA AIDIL FITRI OPEN HOUSE TO FOREIGN HEADS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND YOUNG CAMBODIAN ENTREPRENEURS
Dato' Adnan Haji Othman, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia hosted a Hari Raya Aidil Fitri Open House dinner reception to foreign Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Young Cambodian Entrepreneurs in Rumah Malaysia last night 24 October 2007.
There are currently twenty-six resident Ambassadors in Phnom Penh. Others are concurrently accredited from Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Bangkok and Beijing.
Her Excellency Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Woman's Affairs and her husband His Excellency Trac Thai Seng, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh were also present as Guests of Honour.
Guests were treated to a buffet spread of Hari Raya delicacies like Nasi Impit, Lemang, Kuah Kacang, Serunding Daging, Rendang Ayam, Masak Lodeh and Fried Koay Teow prepared by Datin Azlinda Rosli. Hari Raya cookies served include Kuih Makmur, Muruku and Tempeyek.
