On 19 September 2023, H.E. Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim hosted a working luncheon for ASEAN Ambassadors in Phnom Penh at Sombok Restaurant. Senior Minister in Charge of Special Mission, H.E. Datuk Othsman Hassan, was the guest of honor, to the said lunch, to share the current happenings within the domestic politics and the dynamics of Cambodia within ASEAN and the world under the leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet. The Working Luncheon is a monthly gathering among all ASEAN Heads of Mission, who takes turn every month to host the event with an invited speaker to expand knowledge and be updated of Cambodian politics, economics, and social developments.
