A lunch was hosted by the Embassy of Malaysia Phnom Penh for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) participants at Papparich Restaurant on 1 December 2022. The Counsellor, Mrs. Nur Herzazzila took the opportunity to meet and present certificates to the participants of the 2022 courses, who underwent online MTCP courses this year. The Embassy looks forward to working closely with the MTCP’s alumni to further strengthen the bilateral cooperation in various fields between Malaysia and Cambodia. The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) was established in 1980 as Malaysia’s commitment to South-South Cooperation through the sharing of Malaysia’s development experiences and expertise with other developing countries.
