On 10 October 2023, H.E. Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim met Prof. Dr. HM Goh, Dr. Quek Wee Teck, and Mr. Simon Choo at the Embassy. They briefed H.E. Datuk Ambassador about their purpose and plans related to the medical sector in Cambodia. They also wish to focus on health education and the healthcare sector to advocate better health care delivery system in Cambodia. Both sides also explored ways of forming better connections between the team and local healthcare players. In this context, H.E. Datuk Ambassador Eldeen provided some recommendations on how to penetrate the medical market in Cambodia. Among other things, he suggested for the team to analyze the development path of the medical industry in this country and identify the trend of health care demand in order to effectively promote their services.
