The Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Shaharuddin Onn, made a courtesy call on the President of the Senate, His Excellency Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen at the Senate Palace, Phnom Penh. HE Hun Sen congratulated HE Shaharuddin Onn on the latter’s appointment as the new Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Ambassador congratulated HE Hun Sen on his recent appointment as the President of the Senate. Both acknowledged the significant and strong relationship between Cambodia and Malaysia that have been nurtured over the decades. They also expressed their mutual commitment to further enhance cooperation in the various fields, particularly trade, investment, tourism and the halal industry.
