H.E. Amb. Eldeen Husaini hosted a luncheon in honour of the Malaysian technical cooperation program(MTCP) Alumni members at Topaz Restaurant today. We were delighted and honoured to welcome H.E. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission as our Guest-of-Honour.
While enjoying the sumptuous luncheon, the alumni had the opportunity to network with the Embassy officials and exchanged views on how they have benefited from the courses. We look forward to fostering a long lasting strong personal bond of friendship with all of them and further strengthen the existing bilateral relations between Malaysia and Cambodia!
