On Friday evening, 24 May 2019, H.E. Ambassador Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim attended Khmer Times Fifth Anniversary dinner at NagaWorld Hotel. Minister of Information, H.E. Khieu Kanharith, H.E. Michael Tan, the Ambassador of Singapore and senior officials from the Ministry of Information were also there for the celebration. In his speech, Ambassador Eldeen praised Mr Mohan, the publisher of Khmer Times for successfully bringing Khmer Times to where it is now from its very humbling beginning five years ago. He expressed his hope that Mr Mohan will continue his good effort to bring his publications especially Khmer Times to a higher level and make Malaysians proud for his accomplishment.
