A proud moment for all of us at the Embassy of Malaysia, Phnom Penh!
This morning, H.E. Ambassador Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim and embassy officials paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen at the Peace Palace.
Both Ambassador and Samdech Techo Prime Minister exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations between Malaysia and Cambodia i.e. agreement to further intensify bilateral cooperation in trade and investments, agriculture, infrastructure, defence and telecommunications; conclusion of several outstanding MOUs in the near future; and possible high-level visits from Malaysia to the Kingdom this year. They also talked about the importance for ASEAN to strengthen its collaborative resilience and deepen its unity.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister also shared stories about his passion for writing patriotic and historical lyrics.
