7 March 2025 – The Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Shaharuddin Onn appeared on BERNAMA TV’s “The Nation ASEAN+” programme with its host Ms Elane Noor to discuss “Tackling Transnational Job Scams: Malaysia’s Efforts and Regional Cooperation.”
The interview highlighted Malaysia’s proactive measures and regional collaboration in addressing the transnational job scam issue, as well as the efforts of the Embassy of Malaysia in Phnom Penh, with the strong support and cooperation from the Cambodian authorities, in assisting affected Malaysians.
