The Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) has successfully organised the “Exclusive Catalogue and Dinner” on 23 December 2008 in its efforts to cement the positive distinctiveness of Education Malaysia towards a pre-determined group of people that have significant roles and influences in both the branding of Education Malaysia in Cambodia. VVIPs included Mr. Pak Thavin, Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia; Mr. Mohamed Nasser Mohamed Noor, Director, Marketing Education and International Division, MOHE; Mr. Syed Farizal Aminy Syed Mohamad, Charge d'Affaires a.i. and Mr. Helmy Sulaiman, Director, Malaysia Education Promotion Centre (MEPC)
