20 August 2025 – His Excellency Shaharuddin Onn, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia delivered the opening remarks at the talk entitled “Navigating Women’s Healthcare in Malaysia” held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Phnom Penh.
Her Excellency Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs of Cambodia attended as the Guest-of-Honour.
The talk was organised by the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), in collaboration with the Embassy of Malaysia Phnom Penh and PERWAKILAN Phnom Penh. While promoting Malaysia as a healthcare tourism destination, the talk was also intended to generate awareness on select aspects related to women’s health
