The Embassy of Malaysia organized a Hari Raya open house to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha at the Embassy of Malaysia, Phnom Penh, this afternoon. All Embassy officials and families attended this open house as well as Malaysians and friends of Malaysia. All guests were served with a variety of Malaysian desserts and traditional Malaysian delicacies, which have made the guests’ cravings satisfied. Eiduladha is a celebration in Islam about the sacrifice made by prophet Ibrahim a.s. which happens in our daily lives. Celebrating Eiduladha allows us to reflect on the sacrifice we are willing to make in terms of thinking and attitude towards the betterment in this world and the hereafter.
