On 28 February 2022, H.E. Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim was invited to deliver a speech and participated in officiating the opening ceremony of Oriental Bank in Cambodia.
The ceremony was also attended by H.E. Dr. Chea Chanto, Governor of National Bank of Cambodia.
