On 26 October 2022, H.E. Datuk Eldeen Husaini Mohd Hashim attended and made an opening remarks at a forum “Embracing Cybersecurity in Combating Cybercrime” organized by the Malaysia Business Chamber of Cambodia (MBCC). The event was attended by Minister of Post and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Dr. Chea Vandeth. As Malaysia and Cambodia are working closely towards realizing an Agreement in Cybersecurity Cooperation, the forum was definitely a great avenue for business people to have constructive and fruitful discussion, in promoting better understanding of cyber security and the threats surrounding it. The Embassy will continue to work closely with MBCC to jointly organize more business engagements, forums and discussions to assist Malaysian entrepreneurs and companies to be more well-informed of the dynamics in carrying out business in both countries.
