15th MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION IN KUWAIT (MAK) ANNUAL GRAND MEETING (AGM), 10 FEBRUARY 2017
On 10 February 2017, the Malaysian Association in Kuwait (MAK) held its 15th Annual General Meeting at the Multipurpose Hall, Embassy of Malaysia in Kuwait.
The AGM was officially opened by HE Dato’ Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, Ambassador of Malaysia to Kuwait who is also the Patron of MAK.
At the AGM, the following individuals were elected as the new MAK committee members for 2017/2018:
1. President: Mr. Romizi Zaini (Re-elected)
2. Vice President: Y.Bhg Dato' Prof. Syed Mohamed Aljunid Syed Junid (New)
3. Secretary : Mr. Muhammad Helmie Nasron Halim (New)
4. Treasurer: Mr. YM Tengku Zainol Hakim YM Tengku Zawawi (Re-elected)
The Embassy wishes to congratulate Mr. Romizi Zaini, who has been re-elected as MAK President as well as the other elected committee members of MAK for 2017/2018. The Embassy is hopeful that MAK would continue to serve as the official association that represents and benefits the Malaysians living in Kuwait.

MESYUARAT AGUNG TAHUNAN KE-15 PERSATUAN RAKYAT MALAYSIA DI KUWAIT (MAK), 10 FEBRUARI 2017
Pada 10 Februari 2017, Persatuan Rakyat Malaysia di Kuwait telah mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan ke - 15 di Dewan Serbaguna, Kedutaan Besar Malaysia di Kuwait.
Mesyuarat ini telah dirasmikan oleh TYT Dato' Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, Duta Besar Malaysia di Kuwait merangkap Penaung bagi MAK.
Semasa mesyuarat berkenaan, lantikan jawatankuasa MAK bagi 2017/2018 yang telah dipersetujui adalah seperti berikut:
1. Presiden: En. Romizi Zaini (Dipilih semula)
2. Naib Presiden: Y.Bhg Dato' Prof. Syed Mohamed Aljunid Syed Junid (Baharu)
3. Setiausaha : En. Muhammad Helmie Nasron Halim (Baharu)
4. Bendahari: En. YM Tengku Zainol Hakim YM Tengku Zawawi(Dipilih semula)
Pihak Kedutaan merakamkan tahniah atas pelantikan semula Encik Romizi Zaini sebagai Presiden MAK dan anggota jawatankuasa MAK yang lain yang telah dipilih bagi sesi 2017/2018. Kedutaan berharap agar MAK terus menjadi pertubuhan rasmi yang dapat mewakili dan membantu rakyat Malaysia yang menetap di Kuwait.
