Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Kuwait, Dato' Adnan Haji Othman hosted a dinner on 22 October 2011 for the Malaysian national shooting squad participating the 4th Asian Airgun Championship hosted by Kuwait on 18-23 October 2011.
The dinner was attended by Dato’ Sri J.J.Raj Jr., Secretary-General of the National Shooting Association of Malaysia, Dr. Haji Wan Ikmal Hisham Dato' Seri Hj. Wan Ahmad, Vice President of the National Shooting Association of Malaysia, Puan Muzli Haji Mustakim, Assistant Secretary General of the National Shooting Association of Malaysia and Chef de Mission, Major (R) Haji Jasni Shaari, Executive Secretary of the National Shooting Association of Malaysia, 5 coaches and 15 national shooters participating in the men, women and junior categories.
In his brief remarks, Dato' Adnan praised the Malaysian national shooting squad for their sportsmanship and fighting spirit in the championship despite not winning any medal. Dato' Adnan also wished Puan Muzli, who celebrated her 70th birthday and presented her with a surprise birthday cake.
