On 16 February 2016, His Excellency Dato’ Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, Ambassador of Malaysia to Kuwait made a courtesy call on Mr. Naser Abdullah Al-Hayen, Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for Intentional Organisations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait at the latter’s office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait City.
The Ambassador and the Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for Intentional Organisations discussed various issues of mutual interest including Malaysia’s candidature of Professor Dr. Rahmat Mohamad to the International Law Commission (ILC) for the term 2017-2021.

Kunjungan Hormat oleh Duta Besar ke atas Pemangku Penolong Menteri Luar Negeri untuk Pertubuhan-Pertubuhan Antarabangsa, 16 Februari 2016
Pada 16 Februari 2016, TYT Dato’ Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, Duta Besar Malaysia ke Kuwait telah mengadakan kunjungan hormat ke atas Encik Naser Abdullah Al-Hayen, Pemangku Penolong Menteri Luar Negeri untuk Pertubuhan-Pertubuhan Antarabangsa, Kementerian Luar Negeri Kuwait di Kementerian tersebut di Kuwait City.
Semasa pertemuan tersebut, TYT Duta Besar dan Pemangku Penolong Menteri Luar Negeri berkenaan telah membincangkan pelbagai isu-isu yang berkepentingan bersama termasuk pencalonan Profesor Dr. Rahmat Mohamad oleh Kerajaan Malaysia bagi menyertai Suruhanjaya Undang-Undang Antarabangsa (ILC) bagi tempoh 2017-2021.
