The Honourable Senator A. Kohilan Pillay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia made a working visit to Kuwait from 9-12 October 2011 to attend the 10th Asian Cooperation Dialogue Ministerial Meeting hosted by Kuwait from 10-11 October 2011.
While in Kuwait, Senator Kohilan Pillay made a visit to the Embassy of Malaysia and also hosted a dinner for the Malaysian community on 9 October 2011. The dinner gave the opportunity for Senator Kohilan Pillay to interact with the Malaysian community which numbers around 200.
At the sidelines of the 10th ACD Ministireal Meeting, Senator Kohilan Pillay also met with His Excellency Khalid Al-Jarallah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait on 11 October 2011.
Ambassador of Malaysia to Kuwait, Dato' Adnan Haji Othman also hosted Senator Kohilan Pillai and delegation to a dinner at the official Residence of the Ambassador on the same evening.
