H.E. Dato' Ashaary Sani, Ambassador of Malaysia to Kuwait ended his tour of duty as well as retiring from the service on 17 April 2011. H.E. Dato' who joined the service in 1975 had a long and illustrious career in the diplomatic service, serving in various Missions abroad in the Philippines, Brunei, Turkey and China as well as the Ambassador of Malaysia to Bangladesh.
Bilateral relations between Malaysia and Kuwait had been significantly enhanced during Dato' Ashaary's tenure as Ambassador since March 2006 which saw increasing levels of bilateral trade and tourist arrivals.
The staff at the Embassy of Malaysia wishes Dato' Ashaary Sani, his wife Datin Karimah Mat Noordin and family all the best and a happy retirement.
