Mr. Mohd. Zufli Che Seman has ended his tour of duty in Kuwait on 14 December 2011 after serving for almost five years at the Embassy of Malaysia, Kuwait. Mr. Ros Faizi Rosli has replaced Mr. Mohd. Zufli Che Seman as the new Third Secretary.

En. Mohd. Zufli Che Seman telah tamat bertugas di Kuwait pada 14 Disember 2011 setelah berkhidmat hampir lima tahundi Kedutaan Besar Malaysia, Kuwait. En. Ros Faizi Rosli telah menggantikan En. Mohd. Zufli Che Seman sebagai Setiausaha Ketuga yang baru.
