On 11 January 2019, H.E. Ambassador Dato' Mohammad Ali Selamat, Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Kuwait attended the inaguration ceremony of the Higher Education Fair 2019 by the Indian Community School Kuwait (ICSK), Salmiya. The maiden event is organized as part of the school's Diamond Jubilee Celebration.
ICSK, founded in 1959, is the oldest Indian community school in Kuwait. The two days education fair (11-12 Jan 2019) gathered many colleges and universities around the globe, including Malaysia. Malaysia's higher education institution was participated by amongst others, INTI College, SEGi University, Sunway University, Manipal International University, CUMCS Cyberjaya,Education Malaysia Global Assist (EMGA) and Rexpo Malaysia.
H.E. Ambassador Dato' in his speech invited all students especially from the huge Indian community in Kuwait to pursue their study in Malaysia while enjoying the Malaysia's hospitality and high quality of education and living.
