His Excellency Dato’ Mohammad Ali Selamat paid a farewell call on His Excellency Mansour Ayad Al-Otaibi, Deputy Foreign Minister of Kuwait, on 12 January 2023. His Excellency Dato’ Mohammad Ali concluded his tour of duty on 31 January 2023 after serving in office for nearly five years since 2018. During the call, His Excellency Mansour Al-Otaibi on behalf of the host country expressed the appreciation for the commitment and role undertaken by His Excelency Dato' Mohammad Ali in enhancing the bilateral ties between Malaysia and Kuwait.
