On 24 October 2021, His Excellency Dato’ Mohammad Ali Selamat and YBhg. Datin were interviewed by Kuwait Television for a new programme called "The Journey". The programme that will be aired every Sunday will highlight their daily life in Kuwait.

His Excellency Dato’ Mohammad Ali Selamat also touched on Malaysia-Kuwait bilateral relations, emphasising areas in which both countries could further strengthen, including trade and investment, education, cultural exchange and tourism.
While YBhg. Datin took the opportunity to introduce the most popular drink in Malaysia - teh tarik or “pulled tea” to the crew.
