The Honourable Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen, Minister of Tourism of Malaysia made a visit to the State of Kuwait from 8 – 10 May 2010 as part of Tourism Malaysia's promotional tour in the Gulf region.
During her visit to the State of Kuwait, Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen had the opportunity to meet with her relevant counterpart HE Ahmad Rashed Al-Haroun, Minister of Commerce and Industry of the State of Kuwait. Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen also met with travel agents and held a press conference to promote Malaysia. She also appread on Good Morning Kuwait tv programme to promote tourism. Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen also hosted a Gala Dinner for the travel agents in Kuwait, in which the guest of honour was HE Rashid Al-Tabtabaei, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the State of Kuwait.
