YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department visited Kuwait from 12 to 14 March 2012 to attend the 13th International Energy Forum and 5th International Energy Business Forum.
YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop also took the opportunity, whilst in Kuwait, to meet with several members of the Kuwaiti business community in a roundtable discussion to brief them about the various investment opportunities and incentives on offer in Malaysia.

YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri telah mengadakan lawatan ke Kuwait dari 12 hingga 14 Mac 2012 untuk menghadiri '13th International Energy Forum' dan '5th International Energy Business Forum'.
YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop juga mengambil kesempatan semasa di Kuwait untuk mengadakan perjumpaan dengan beberapa ahli sektor swasta Kuwait di dalam satu sesi perbincangan meja bulat untuk menerangkan peluang-peluang serta insentif-insentif pelaburan di Malaysia.
