Note: However, pleased be informed that the holders of the Undefined Kuwait passports (grey colour) are strongly advised to obtain their entry visa in advance from the Embassy of Malaysia in Kuwait prior to their departure to Malaysia.

  • All Passport/Travel Document shall be valid for more than six (6) months from the date of entry into Malaysia;
  • Foreign nationals who require visa to enter Malaysia must apply and obtain a visa approval from the Immigration Department of Malaysia or Embassy of Malaysia in Kuwait before entering the country;
  • The type of visa that require approval from the Immigration Department of Malaysia or Embassy of Malaysia in Kuwait are as follows:
  1. Social visa (for Foreign Nationals that required visa to enter Malaysia)
  2. Employment/Working /Profesional visa;
  3. Student visa; and
  4. Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa.
  • Copies of all documents required* (from no.2 to no.7) are to be submitted via email for us to verify and provide an appointment slot for a social visit visa appllication.
  • Copy of visa approval letter is to be submitted along with documents required* (from no.2 to no.7) via email for us to verify and provide an appointment slot for Employment/Student/MM2H single entry visa application.
  • Application could be submitted in person or by representation through the Embassy of Malaysia in Kuwait;
  • Visa which has been granted is not an absolute guarantee that the holder will be allowed to enter Malaysia. The final decision lies with the Immigration Officer at the entry point;

  • Processing time is within (3) working days; and
