1. Fill in "Borang Borang Pendaftaran Perkahwinan" 

2. Original of the Marriage Certificate which issued by Lao PDR's Government (In English)

3. Copy IC and Passport man 1pcs

4. Copy IC and Passport woman 1pcs

5. Photo, size 3.5x10 2 pcs

 Fee : Rm 20.00 which have to convert to US dollars (by monthly rate from Malaysia)
